Is VialFlask Pro a medical device?
No. VialFlask Pro is a storage and transport accessory. It's designed to hold a stable, adjustable temperature, but always follow your prescriber's and manufacturer's storage instructions for your specific medication.
How cold does it get?
The peltier module is adjustable and holds 0–8°C internally, provided ambient temperature stays under 32°C. The LED display shows the live internal temperature at all times.
Does it need to stay plugged in?
No — the built-in battery runs the cooler for up to 6–8 hours per charge. For longer stretches, top it up over USB-C from a wall outlet, a USB port, or any standard power bank, and switch between them without losing the chamber's cold.
How long does the battery last?
6–8 hours of active cooling per charge, depending on ambient temperature and your set point. Add a common 10,000mAh power bank and you'll cover a full day of transit with room to spare.
What fits inside?
The chamber is 49.5 × 49.5 × 160 mm — sized for standard vials and pen injectors stored upright.
Can I use it as a portable peptide fridge?
That's what it is. It actively refrigerates rather than just insulating, holding 0–8°C — the same range as a fridge shelf — from its own battery. Unlike a mini fridge it runs unplugged for 6–8 hours and fits in a bag. As always, follow your prescriber's and manufacturer's storage instructions for your specific medication.
How is this different from an insulated peptide case or cool bag?
An insulated case or a gel-pack cool bag only slows warming down, and how long it holds depends on how cold it started and how hot the day is. VialFlask Pro cools actively with a peltier module and shows the live internal temperature on its LED, so you can see it holding 0–8°C instead of hoping. No pre-freezing, no gel packs, and nothing to swap out mid-trip.
What if it's not right for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund, as long as it's unopened in its original packaging — and we send you a prepaid return label. Faulty units are always covered regardless, under warranty and Australian Consumer Law.
What's the warranty?
Every VialFlask Pro is covered for 1 year, parts and labour — including the peltier module, battery, LED display and USB-C input. If a fault develops in normal use we repair or replace it, shipping covered both ways, on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights.
How much is shipping?
Free, Australia-wide. Orders dispatch from Melbourne in ~1 week; from dispatch, tracked delivery takes 1–6 business days anywhere in the country. Express delivery (1–3 business days) is available for $9.99 at checkout.
