Anyone managing medication on the move knows the routine: freeze a gel pack the night before, wrap it in something insulated, and hope the trip is short enough. It mostly works — until it doesn't, and there's no way to know for sure either way. A gel pack is a countdown, not a control: it starts cold, it warms at whatever rate the day decides, and nothing on the outside tells you where the inside got to.

So we started with a simple question — why is active refrigeration still treated as something that only belongs on a kitchen bench? Peltier modules have been compact and reliable for years. A solid-state heat pump doesn't borrow cold from a frozen mass; it makes cold for as long as it has power, which is a fundamentally different promise on a long day out.

One product, built properly: the VialFlask Pro. A Peltier-cooled carrier with an adjustable 0–8°C set point, a live LED readout on the lid, 6–8 hours of cooling per charge, and USB-C power in — so a wall socket, a laptop or any power bank extends the run indefinitely. The chamber is 49.5 × 49.5 × 160 mm and takes pens and vials upright, with stackable 7-vial inserts to stop things moving around in transit.

We sell direct, which keeps the price honest and means the person answering your email is the person who packed your order. Checkout runs on Stripe. Delivery within Australia is free and tracked, typically 1–6 days once dispatched. Every unit carries a 1-year warranty on parts and labour, and you have 30 days from delivery to return an unopened unit for a full refund, with a prepaid label on us.

Faulty units are covered regardless, under warranty and Australian Consumer Law — those rights sit alongside our policy, not instead of it.
